Vous voulez <strong>r\u00e9duire votre consommation de prot\u00e9ines animales<\/strong> sans arr\u00eater compl\u00e8tement la viande et le poisson\u00a0? Le flexitarisme est alors fait pour vous\u00a0!<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"qu-est-ce-que-le-flexitarisme\"><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce que le flexitarisme\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>N\u00e9 aux \u00c9tats-Unis dans les ann\u00e9es 90, le flexitarisme, une contraction de \u00ab\u00a0flexible\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0v\u00e9g\u00e9tarisme\u00a0\u00bb, a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9 par des militants qui souhaitaient d\u00e9noncer <strong>les effets n\u00e9fastes des \u00e9levages industriels <\/strong>de b\u0153ufs et de poulets sur le continent am\u00e9ricain.<\/p>\n\n<p>La volont\u00e9 du flexitarisme est d\u2019axer son alimentation sur une base v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne, sans s\u2019interdire, <strong>une \u00e0 deux fois par semaine<\/strong>, la consommation de viande ou de poisson. Une part plus importante de fruits, de l\u00e9gume et de l\u00e9gumineuses est ajout\u00e9e au r\u00e9gime alimentaire, afin de s\u2019assurer d\u2019obtenir tous les apports nutritifs n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cette d\u00e9marche doit permettre \u00e0 la fois de r\u00e9duire les risques pour la sant\u00e9 et de soulager la pression environnementale caus\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00e9levage intensif. <strong>La culture d\u2019un kilo de l\u00e9gumes exige en effet bien moins de ressources<\/strong> (eau, alimentation, espace) que celle d\u2019un kilo de viande.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"un-regime-base-sur-la-qualite-plutot-que-la-quantite\"><strong>Un r\u00e9gime bas\u00e9 sur la qualit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que la quantit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Parmi les autres caract\u00e9ristiques du r\u00e9gime flexitarien, il faut \u00e9galement souligner l\u2019attention qu\u2019il porte \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des produits consomm\u00e9s. Les plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s sont exclus, alors que le recours \u00e0 des produits locaux, de saison, est recommand\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le but est de consommer moins en quantit\u00e9, mais <strong>d\u2019opter pour des produits de meilleure qualit\u00e9, peut-\u00eatre un peu plus co\u00fbteux<\/strong>. Parmi les principaux dangers que ce type de consommation repr\u00e9sente, on peut relever\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>l\u2019augmentation du risque de maladie cardio-vasculaire\u00a0;<\/li><li>l\u2019augmentation du risque de d\u00e9velopper certains cancers, particuli\u00e8rement au niveau du syst\u00e8me digestif (colon, pancr\u00e9as, foie, etc.)\u00a0;<\/li><li>l\u2019augmentation du risque de d\u00e9velopper du diab\u00e8te.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Selon le Fonds mondial contre le cancer, il faut ainsi r\u00e9duire sa consommation de viande rouge \u00e0 <strong>moins de 500 grammes par semaine <\/strong>pour limiter les risques pour votre sant\u00e9.
