Ze zitten echter boordevol vitaminen en mineralen die ons lichaam nodig heeft! We leggen het uit!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Winter, koude, grauwe dagen &#8230; In dit seizoen laten we ons gemakkelijker verleiden door raclettes en fondues dan door groenten. Maar groenten blijven essentieel in onze voeding, vooral in de winter! In deze periode heeft het lichaam namelijk meer moeite om bepaalde vitamines aan te maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De winter en wintergroenten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Laten we, voordat we tot de kern van de zaak komen, eens kijken naar de groenten die specifiek zijn voor de winterperiode. Wintergroenten kunnen worden onderverdeeld in verschillende categorie\u00ebn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>wortelgroenten zoals wortelen, pastinaak of bieten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bladgroenten zoals spinazie, rode kool of witlof<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bloemgroenten zoals bloemkool of artisjokken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bolgroenten zoals prei en uien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dankzij deze diversiteit aan wintergroenten heb je veel mogelijkheden om je wintermaaltijden te verrijken!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De gunstige effecten van groenten in de winter<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Je immuunsysteem beschermen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De winter is vaak synoniem van de terugkeer van virussen. Door het koude weer en de kortere dagen kan het immuunsysteem wat minder effici\u00ebnt zijn en kun je gemakkelijker ziek worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Door seizoensgroenten te eten, versterk je je immuniteit en heb je meer kans om de winter gezond door te komen. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld wortelen eten, die uitstekende antioxidanten voor het lichaam bevatten. Of spinazie, die veel ijzer en zink bevat, essenti\u00eble bouwstenen voor de witte bloedcellen. Je immuunsysteem zal je dankbaar zijn!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Meer energie krijgen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebrek aan daglicht kan leiden tot een verlaagd energieniveau. Met de juiste voeding kun je vitaminen en vitaliteit tanken. Aarzel niet om zoete aardappelen of bieten toe te voegen aan je maaltijden, hetzij als soep, als salade of gekookt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Veroudering tegengaan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De groenten die we aanbevelen helpen je niet alleen om gezond de winter door te komen, ze zijn ook uitstekend geschikt om veroudering tegen te gaan dankzij de grote hoeveelheid antioxidanten die ze bevatten!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Idee\u00ebn voor het bereiden van groenten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het ontbreekt ons allemaal wel eens aan inspiratie. Dus hier zijn enkele recepten die je deze winter vitaminen en energie zullen geven!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Flan met spinazie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zoals gezegd is spinazie rijk aan vitaminen en mineralen. Spijtig genoeg is spinazie niet de gemakkelijkste groente om aan kinderen te serveren. Waarom eens geen spinazieflan proberen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hiervoor heb je nodig:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 g verse spinazie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 eieren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g bloem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g geraspte gruy\u00e8rekaas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 cl verse room<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nootmuskaat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zout<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>peper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kook de spinazie eerst ongeveer tien minuten in kokend water en laat hem vervolgens uitlekken. Meng in een schaal de eieren, bloem, room en kruiden naar eigen smaak. Daarna kun je de spinazie en de gruy\u00e8rekaas toevoegen. Giet het mengsel in een cakevorm en bak het gedurende 1 uur op 180\u00b0C. Controleer of de bereiding gaar is door er het lemmet van een mes in te steken. Als dat er droog uitkomt, betekent dit dat de flan doorbakken is!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Als bijgerecht<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Soms hoef je het niet ver te zoeken. Groenten kunnen gewoon als bijgerecht bij vlees of zetmeelrijke voedingsmiddelen worden geserveerd. Florette maakt het je gemakkelijk met de Easy Veggies, schaaltjes met overheerlijke seizoensgroenten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je kunt kiezen tussen een mengeling van zoete aardappelen, rode biet en rozemarijnsaus of een mengeling van blokjes butternut, gele en oranje wortelen en currysaus.
